Meet Coach Brandi, Certified Personal Trainer


Brandi started as a Certified Personal Trainer in 2019 and became a Yoga Instructor in 2024. She specializes in helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits. With a background in exercise science and multiple certifications including strength training, corrective exercise, fitness nutrition, bodybuilding, power lifting, and strength & conditioning, she combines evidence-based training with a personalized approach to help clients reach their goals safely and effectively.

Known for her supportive coaching style and attention to proper movement mechanics, Brandi is passionate about helping clients develop strength that carries beyond the gym. She believes fitness should enhance quality of life, improve resilience, and foster long-term well-being. By combining strength training, mobility work, and education, she helps clients build confidence in their bodies while creating lasting results that support both physical and mental health.

Before beginning her career in fitness, Brandi served in the United States Navy, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, teamwork, and physical readiness. These experiences continue to influence her coaching philosophy today. She understands that true fitness is about more than workouts. It is about building confidence, resilience, and the ability to show up for yourself consistently.

As an athlete herself, Brandi actively trains in strength sports, yoga, endurance events, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Her firsthand experience pursuing challenging physical goals gives her a unique understanding of the dedication, setbacks, and victories that come with any fitness journey. She strives to create an environment where women feel supported, educated, and capable of achieving more than they thought possible, both inside and outside the gym.

Whether working with beginners, experienced lifters, or women navigating different stages of life, Brandi focuses on coaching programs in a way that is challenging, empowering, and tailored to each individual's needs.
