Heather Mack

Heather Mack is a lifelong Fitness enthusiast. She has a passion for helping others feel their best! She is an ASFA certified personal trainer. 

She was a competitive gymnast, volleyball, and softball player growing up. Her lover with lifting weights started in college and continued on for the last 25 years through her fitness journey. 

Heather lives in Brentwood, TN and loves family vacations to the beach, watching her four children play sports, reading and walking her dog named Ranger. She loves God and allows Him to use her gifts and passions to help others in any way she can, especially in the sport of fitness and wellness.
