Kaitlyn’s passion for health, fitness, and helping others live stronger, healthier lives began through her studies in exercise science and has continued to grow through both education and hands-on experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University in 2024 and her Master of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2026.
Throughout her academic and professional career, Kaitlyn has worked with a variety of populations, including college students, the general population, and older adults. These experiences have strengthened her belief that exercise is about more than physical health—it is a tool that can build confidence, improve quality of life, and empower individuals to do the things they love for years to come
.Kaitlyn is passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through purposeful movement and resistance training. She is especially excited to support women as they navigate the unique physical changes that come with midlife, helping them maintain strength, mobility, and overall wellness through every stage of life
.Her faith is a central part of who she is and influences how she approaches both her work and relationships. She is continually learning to depend on the Lord day by day and step by step, trusting Him as her rock and her hope. Her desire is to encourage and support others with compassion, humility, and genuine care.
