Kerri holds bachelor's degrees in Health Promotion and Exercise & Fitness and Nursing. After 14 years as a Registered Nurse, she transitioned her focus from treatment to prevention, driven by her passion for helping others achieve long-term health and wellness.
A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Kerri began her journey with Temple Fitness as a client before earning her ASFA Personal Training Certification and joining the team as a trainer. Her healthcare background and fitness expertise provide a unique perspective on helping clients build healthier, more active lives.
Originally from northern Indiana, Kerri has called Middle Tennessee home for the past 11 years. She enjoys reading, spending time with family, and staying active with her dog, Sadie. Kerri believes caring for your body is an investment in long-term health and enables you to live out God's purpose with strength and vitality.
