What’s the F-O-R-M-U-L-A?

There are 4 elements to creating a complete fitness program whether you’ve chose to train in our groups or one on one with us you will be training with the M4 formula.

  1. Mobility- Keeping the joints lubricated and maintain good range of motion to prevent injury!
  2. Strength- Build muscular strength , the benefits are endless 
  3. Metabolic- Burn fat and increase cardiovascular health.
  4. Macronutrients- Tracking food daily with the right amount of carbohydrates, fat and protein to meet your specific goals. Flexible dieting so you can break habits and change your lifestyle for good.

Group Training: If you like a social atmosphere where everyone knows your name you’ll love our group training classes! All classes are lead by certified personal trainers. All classes follow the formula of M4. Modification are always made when needed and we strive for a non intimating environment! see group training page for more information.
